If you’re looking at someone
You gotta be showing me something... (x4)
Oh, you know you stole my glance
You feel it in my groove
More than a twist of fate
I like the way you move
A drink spills, a drop beats
Ooh it’s getting good and late
You pull me closer to you, closer to how
Baby this great
You tell me
You want me
So take a shot at some love
but don’t forget you’re up against the night
I thought you weren’t afraid, of a little fire
I thought you weren’t afraid, of a little fire
I’m not gonna thank you for your life
I’m not gonna thank you for your time
I’m not gonna make your love a crime unless you keep it from me
Met a girl, thinks she’s queen of the tease
Keeps her cool so I can’t see
Talks the talk, but the walk’s all wrong
Just admit it. You like it. Now ask for more.
A pretty girl that can dance like a storm
but in her act there’s something wrong
Watch out, don’t let the flames getcha
You got burnt. Got hurt. I really thought.
That you weren’t afraid, of a little fire
I thought you weren’t afraid, of a little fire
I’m not gonna thank you for your life
I’m not gonna thank you for your time
I’m not gonna make your love a crime unless you keep it from me
Met a girl, thinks she’s queen of the tease
Keeps her cool so I can’t see
Talks the talk, but the walk’s all wrong
Just admit it. You like it. Now ask for more.
A pretty girl that can dance like a storm
but in her act there’s something wrong
Watch out, don’t let the flames getcha
You got burnt. Got hurt. I really thought.
If you’re looking at someone
You gotta be showing me something... (Fade out)

Very good 70's style rock.
I really like listening to this album when cruising down the road to the beach. Not surf rock at all but awesome! Keyzer Röger

A little late on this CD as it was released in 2014. Better late than never. As Bucky stated a Neil Young comparison is fair. Neil Young is my all time favorite artist . This album rips from the start to the end. There is gold to be found in the depths of Bandcamp. lloydd
Combining crooned murder ballads with raw, angsty hard rock hooks, Melbourne's The Ugly Kings are a wrecking crew well worth watching. Bandcamp New & Notable Sep 15, 2021
